We at Wicked Campers Mexico are dedicated to ensuring our customers have a seamless and enjoyable experience with our camper van rentals. To support this commitment, we offer a comprehensive Return and Refund Policy that outlines the process and conditions for returning a rented camper van and receiving a refund.
Reservation Cancellations:
a. We understand that plans may change, and therefore, we provide a flexible cancellation policy for reservations. Customers may cancel their reservation up to 20 days prior to the scheduled pickup time with no penalty.
b. In the event of a reservation cancellation within 19 days/ 05 days of the pickup time, a cancellation fee of 50% will be charged to the customer's payment method.
c. For cancellations made less than 05 days prior to the pickup time or for no-shows, the full rental amount will be charged to the customer's payment method.
Rental Duration Extensions:
a. If a customer wishes to extend the duration of their rental, they must inform Wicked Campers Mexico at least 10 days prior to the original return date.
b. Rental extensions are subject to availability, and additional rental charges may apply for the extended period.
Early Return:
a. Customers may return the rented camper van before the scheduled return date, but no refunds or adjustments will be made for the unused portion of the rental period.
Refund Eligibility:
a. Refunds are only provided for cancellations made within the specified timeframes or in exceptional circumstances as determined by Wicked Campers Mexico.
b. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3 days of the approved refund request.
c. Any refunds are subject to deduction of applicable cancellation fees or charges.
Damage and Cleanliness:
a. Customers are responsible for returning the rented camper van in the same condition as it was at the time of pickup.
b. Any damage to the van during the rental period will be assessed upon return, and repair or replacement costs will be charged to the customer's payment method.
c. A cleaning fee may be applied if the camper van is not returned in a reasonably clean condition.
d. Customers must adhere to all applicable terms and conditions outlined in the rental agreement.
